1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, processed, stored, and protected when you use the BON Influence platform. This Policy has been prepared in full compliance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
By using the Platform, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted this Privacy Policy.
2. Personal Data Collected
2.1 Data You Provide Directly
During account creation and Platform use, we collect the following data directly from you: full name, email address, phone number, company/brand name and title, billing information (tax number, address), and profile photo (optional).
2.2 Automatically Collected Data
The following data is automatically collected during your use of the Platform: IP address, browser type and version, device information, session durations and login/logout times, in-Platform interaction data (clicks, page views, features used), and data collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies.
2.3 Data Obtained from Third Parties
Through social media APIs, and only with your authorization, performance data related to your influencer campaigns and publicly available profile information may be processed.

4. Data Retention and Security
4.1 Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing. Following your account deletion request, your data will be anonymized or deleted within 30 days; however, data subject to our legal retention obligations (such as invoice records) will be retained for the period required by applicable legislation.
4.2 Security Measures
We implement industry-standard technical and administrative measures to protect your data: data transmission via SSL/TLS encryption, data encryption to AES-256 standard, access control mechanisms and authorization protocols, regular security audits and penetration tests, and data backup and disaster recovery procedures.
5. Data Transfers
5.1 Domestic Transfers
Your personal data may be shared with our service providers and business partners solely for the purposes stated above and with the necessary security measures in place.
5.2 International Transfers
Your data may be transferred abroad in the context of cloud infrastructure services and third-party integrations. Such transfers are carried out to countries with an adequate level of protection under KVKK Art. 9 and GDPR Art. 46, or where appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are in place.
6. Your Rights
6.1 Your Rights Under KVKK (Art. 11)
Under KVKK, you have the following rights: to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request deletion or destruction under KVKK Art. 7, to request that correction/deletion operations be notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred, to object to a result arising against you from analysis conducted exclusively through automated systems, and to demand compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
6.2 Your Additional Rights Under GDPR
Users residing in the European Economic Area (EEA) additionally have the following rights: right to data portability (Art. 20), right to restriction of processing (Art. 18), right to object to profiling (Art. 21), right not to be subject to automated decision-making (Art. 22), and right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77).
6.3 How to Apply
To exercise your rights, you may submit a written request to [email protected]. Requests will be concluded free of charge within a maximum of 30 days.
7. Cookies
The Platform uses essential cookies (session management, security), analytics cookies (usage statistics), and marketing cookies (targeted advertising). On your first visit, you may set your cookie preferences and change these preferences at any time from the Platform settings. Cookies other than essential cookies are only activated with your explicit consent.
8. Children's Privacy
BON Influence is not a service directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 18 years of age. If such a situation is detected, the relevant data will be deleted immediately.
9. Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you by email or via an in-Platform notification. Your continued use of the updated policy constitutes acceptance of the changes.
